High Purity Alumina for Ceramic Separator of Lithium Battery

This product is a high-purity alumina specially developed for the
special requirements of ceramic separators for lithium-ion
batteries. As a coating material, this product can effectively
improve the high temperature resistance and performance of lithium
batteries. And it can be widely used in high pressure sodium lamps,
phosphors, synthetic aluminum nitride raw materials, electronic
ceramics, artificial crystals and other fields.   

   Features:         1. The crystal morphology is good and the
specific surface area is small, which can effectively reduce the
water content of the ceramic diaphragm, reduce the wear of the
coating roller, and extend its service life.         2. High
purity, narrow particle size distribution, can reduce the blocking
rate of the diaphragm, good air permeability, uniform coating
thickness, smooth film surface, and small heat shrinkage.        
3. Stable process performance, good dispersibility, meet the
water-based slurry system of different adhesives, and good slurry
