Features and advantages

• Silicon Carbide Tubular Sheet Dimensional accuracy ±1.0mm, thickness ±0.1mm, can also be processed according to customer requirements for higher accuracy.

• Tube Plate has a comprehensive corrosion resistance properties, can be used in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and a variety of mixed acids, life is much longer than graphite and metal materials.

• SiC tube sheets are designed with stepped grooves or threads and are pressure-sealed with a corrosion resistant material such as perfluoroether O-rings.

• The hardness of tube plate is second only to diamond. It can be used in all kinds of conditions with particle erosion, and its life is more than 5 times longer than that of graphite head.

• Silicon carbide tubesheets are manufactured for rigorous size and surface fluorescence penetrant testing.

Specifications

• The current maximum outside diameter can be up to 400mm, and the maximum outside diameter can be up to 600mm by the end of 2021.

• Thickness is usually 25-25mm.

• The shape and sealing of the tube plate are customized according to customer drawings.
